Welcome to Winter Park!

Winter Park was founded as a resort community by northern business tycoons in the late 19th centuries. The city was originally named Lakeview in 1858 and re-named Osceola in 1870. Eleven years later, the name Winter Park was chosen by its founders. Loring Chase and Oliver Chapman, who during an informal discussion, decided they wanted the name to be something about a park in winter – thus the name Winter Park.

Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festivals -Spring and Fall are always a hit along with the Winter Park Boat Tour.

In Winter Park, the residents are walking distance to fine dining and great shops, and neighborhoods filled with many generations of families and long-life friends. It is truly a special place!

Founded in 1885, Rollins College is a private liberal art college located at the south end of Park Avenue. The college sits on the Lake Virginia, home of the National Collegiate Water Ski Champs! Ranked No. 1 Regional University in the South 2020 and 1 Liberal Arts College in Florida 2020!

Our Founders

Ashley E. Jacobs

About Ashley -
Ashley is a Central Florida native and is currently living in Winter Park today! She was born and raised in the Winter Park area, attended Park Maitland School, Orangewood Christian School, and received her BA in Sociology and MBA at Rollins College. She is a member of the Chi Omega Sorority, Upsilon Beta Chapter, at Rollins College. Ashley is a third generation Realtor and is well versed in the real estate and mortgage field.
Ashley began her career at First Florida Lending as a Loan Processor and continues in the industry as a Licensed Mortgage Broker. She also provides Property Management Services for the Villa Vienda Homeowners Association where she oversees coordination of repairs, negotiating leases, and tenant inspections as well as serving as the Treasurer for the Homeowner's Association.

After earning her real estate license, Ashley started at an established Winter Park brokerage. Ashley's credentials are impressive and her commitment to community service is evident in an organization that she co-founded named Sneaker Seekers Inc, a non-profit organization which collects and distributes new or gently used sneakers to community organizations such as Coalition for the Homeless, Boys and Girls Club of America and Help for the Homeless. Ashley also serves as the Managing Director of the organization.

Ashley is a valued member of the Charles Rutenberg team and is committed to industry growth and the community at large. Ashley was ranked #1 for the most transactions at RE/MAX Park Avenue in 2014 and also received the "The 100% Club" RE/MAX Top Producer Award in 2014.
